Two Way Integration

Excalibur is compatible with most standard accounts packages, offering seamless direct two-way communications. This eliminates duplicate data entry and reduces the time taken to transfer information such as customer account details, while still offering flexibility.

Change Detection

Excalibur will detect changes in the accounts system data and update itself as required. For example, should a customer's address, or their credit limit/balance, change in the accounts package, Excalibur will see the change and update accordingly.

Customer Invoicing

Customer specific invoicing rules govern how dockets are consolidated for invoicing. Customer invoices created by Excalibur can be exported to the finance system. The nature of the integration varies from one accounts package to another.

Haulier Self-Billing

Excalibur can generate haulier self-billing invoices which can be exported to the accounts package. This is dependent on the accounts system and the modules present within the accounts system.
